  【Job Summary 】
  We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Line Leader to join our precision mechanical manufacturing team.
  The ideal candidate will lead production lines to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output. Working within a Japanese-managed environment with exacting standards, this role is crucial to maintaining production schedules, optimizing efficiency, and fostering continuous improvement.
  The Line Leader reports to the Production Supervisor / Line Manager, oversees a team of operators and technicians, liaises with support departments (Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety), and contributes to the company’s goals of delivering precision components with high quality, short lead times, and competitive cost.
  
  【Job detail】
  -Management of the production line (~20 members).
  -Solid experience in mechanical machining.
  -Participation in improvement and enhancement activities to raise production quality (Kaizen/Continuous Improvement).
  -Managing the production line (specifically, precision mechanical processing), ensuring all KPI targets are met.
  -Establishing team action targets and KPI.
  -Conducting training and correcting errors for subordinate staff within the managed team.
  -Supervising and reminding team members to strictly adhere to internal regulations and production procedures.
  -Monitoring and evaluating employee performance and competency.
  -Reporting all issues related to the department.
