  【Job Summary】
  Responsible for Chief Accountant to set up new company in HCM
  
  【Job description】
  - Managing and handling day-to-day accounts and related tasks across all outlets, including recording of receipts, cash flow discrepancies and item returns
  - Ensuring payments to suppliers are made on time
  - Monthly profit and loss report and analysis
  - Quarterly account closing and submission to accounting firm
  - Liaising with local and overseas vendors in arranging a smooth delivery process.
  - Ordering of shop supplies and following up with suppliers regarding any quality issues.
  - Coordinate vendors to ensure that shop repairs and maintenances are done on a timely basis.
  - Coordination of new shop openings with various suppliers and departments.
  - Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager
