・顧客に対する新規営業及び既存顧客のフォローアップ(新規:既存 =8:2)
・市場分析や調査といったマーケティング業務
※ 北部日系企業一覧をつくり、倉庫ニーズの市場調査
・倉庫セールス業務
・倉庫業務全般 (実務はベトナム人が担当のため、取りまとめ業務が主となります)

【必須条件】
・四大卒以上(労働許可証取得のため)
・営業経験もしくはマーケティング経験を3年以上お持ちの方(業界は問いません)
・英語レベル:社内コミュニケーションレベル (社内公用語が英語のため)
【優遇要件】
・物流業界での勤務経験もしくは物流業務に関する勤務経験
・海外での勤務経験がある方
・留学などで海外在住経験をお持ちの方
・ベトナム在住者Tiếng Anh

As an Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of CMS Logistics’ services through proactive business development, customer retention, and strategic account management. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, enhancing trade lane performance, and collaborating cross-functionally with pricing, operations, and overseas agents to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions. B. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve FCL/ LCL volume and revenue targets through new business acquisition and existing account growth. • Develop and execute territory or trade-lane focused sales strategies in line with CMS’s business goals. • Identify and target key verticals or industries suitable for FCL/ LCL solutions. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, BCOs, and logistics partners. • Work closely with the pricing team to secure competitive rates and value propositions. • Coordinate with the FCL/ LCL operations team to ensure service quality and timely execution. • Provide regular market intelligence and competitor updates to regional and product teams. • Prepare detailed client proposals, RFI/RFQs, and participate in tender processes. • Ensure CRM entries are up to date with sales pipelines, client activities, and conversion rates.
