Set goals for the sales department and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they're doing in achieving the targets and budgets
★ Job details
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Engage deeply in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Properly understand the competitive landscape and the market trend, customers’ demand to have timely business initiatives.
- Identify and solve client issues strategically.
- Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both sales and operational matters to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Timely reporting and analytics.Yêu cầu
<Must>
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or/and Electronics/IT
- Proven successful experiences in sales management in ELV solution industry for at least 3 years
- English: Strong-Intermediate level
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Good communication, problem-solving, analyzing, innovative, and leadership skillsTiếng Anh
