  One of our clients, Trading Company, is now looking for Import and export ＆ Sales Assistant Staff.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  
  ■ Import and export
  -Contact with customers and suppliers to process export-import operation
  -Deal with each step of the shipping process.
  -Track shipments and communicate with clients about the package's progress.
  -Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries.
  -Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management.
  -Prepare import-export documentation.
  -Compile carrier and route assignments.
  -Compute international fees for each shipment.
  -Keep track of shipment payments and data, and register packages with government agencies.
  -Other jobs assigned by manager.
  
  ■ Sales support
  - Support Japanese manager in terms of sales activity
  - Visit client with Japanese manager
  - Handle non-Japanese clients
  - Making quotation and necessary documents following client or Sales PIC requirement
  - Process documentation, such as customs clearance...
  - Arrange meeting schedules
  - Others assigned by managers
