    ‐ Having experience in worikng at least 3 years as a Manager in Manufacture
    - Having experienced in working in molding injection
    - Japanese level : N2 Intermediate (to receive instructions from Japanese Manager)
    - Having working in Japanese company
    - Having well knowledge of ISO (can teach other staff, especially ISO9001)
