Roles of position (Main Function)
- Sales support
- Be the main window between existing customers for daily communication
- Be the bridge window for overseas agents and operation team
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Key Responsibilities (Detailed Job Description)
-Sales Support
1.Taking care of all back-office tasks related to customer or agent inquiries instead of sales team (answer questions; concerns, complaints, rate inquiries, reports which is required …) >> consult with sales manager or dedicated sales or BM for some special cases before responding to customers/agents
2.Taking care of all inquiries from existing customers/existing businesses, lanes (answer questions; concerns, complaints, rate inquiries…) >> consult with sales manager or dedicated sales or BM for the proposals before responding to customers.
3.Making service contract with customers (final responsibility belongs to sales).
4.Monitoring AR with customers (final responsibility belongs to sales)
5.To make a new SOP for nex business and new lane in case we get expand
6.To check the demand of minor cuostmers by call if customer has demands. share the information to sales team and let them visit and offer our service
7.Monitoring buying rate for RFQ in collaboration with procurement team/operation team (inputter will be procurement and operation team)
-Operation monitoring
8.Creating a common S/I for each transportation mode or service.
9.Instruct operation team following customer’s request
10.Monitoring an operation team to update shipment status, booking status…. (in case operation team does not respond in timely manner) >> Final responsibilities belongs to operation sides
11.Input a daiy shippling plan sheet in order for Booking and Operation team to follow.
12.Through a daily communication with customers, check the additional demand from existing customers (Especially VIP customers) such as any lanes which they face any difficulty with other fowarders

13.Send booking confirmation/shipment status/tracking report to customers
14.Perform customer verifications
15.Manage customers' accounts
16.Maintain customer databases
17.Visiting customers , especially VIP customers in order to know them more and make a good relatioin from the view of OPS
18.To input the daily communication file < daily customer service activity report >which staff asks for existing and minior customers at office
-Customer Satisfaction Survey
•Make regular customer satisfaction survey report
-Reporting
•Make regular reports related to service quality to magement or sales team

- At least more than 2 years experience in customer service for Forwarder / Logistics companies
- English Intermediate Level

- Good at MS office (Word, Excel, powerpoint….)
