  - Responsible for all roles of a QS manager of developer.
  ★Job detail
  - Checking the quantity, unit rate, Managing and updating cost database
  - Preparing BOQ and measurement based on tender drawing & specification
  - Preparing tender schedule
  - Setting up cost, budget, and scope of work for the project
  - Preparing tender document of consultant package, contractor package
  - Preparing tender reports, making recommendations on the award of the contract
  - Be responsible for contract administration, managing claims & certification, and monitoring payment of contractor
