    <Detail>
    - Create, set and implement the strategy and product roadmap to realize the accelerated growth of the company's platform, by co-working with both software engineers and business team
    - Lead the standardization and automation of the operational workflow inside/outside the company to secure the scalability of the company's platform
    - Find and create the concept of new product through the coordination with software engineer and business personnel
    - Plan and conduct various research from strategic point of view and share the outcome and implication with the team and organization
    - Set and implement business plan
    - Monitor the key milestone of the project and follow up the progress to achieve the goal according to the business plan
    - Maintain and improve the quality of the products to sustain the business operation and improve the satisfaction of product users
    - Propose innovative idea and concept to the teams in Japan and collaborate together to develop the products what can scale globally

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    ・At least 5 years of experience as software engineer
    ・At least 3 years of experience for project management role in any product development
    ・English Upper-intermediate level
