    Coordinate HR Planning, Budgeting & Employee training
    a. Support & Implement annual or long term Headcount Planning
    b. Consolidate with Functional manager for HR Planning, HR requisition & recruitment, and training
    c. Report monthly headcount
    d. Develop and control of budget for HR
    e. Provides harmony working environment for all employees
    f. Management representative for dealing with the Labor Union

    2. Lead recruiting and development of hiring strategies and policies.
    a. Interview and salary negotiations for the new salaried employees
    b. Develop staffing and training / development strategies and policies.
    c. Initiate training and development program to retain core personnel.

    3. Promotes and implements health and safety policies
    a. Support and implements corporate health and safety policies
    b. Increase health and safety awareness through regular communications.
    c. Coordinate DBS health and safety procedures implementation.


    4. Advise management on all personnel development and career planning of employees
    a. Keeps management informs of employees’ development progress.
    b. Develop and coordinates implementation of succession plan for key personnel.


    5. Government Relations
    a. Ensure that government regulations mandated related to HR and general affairs including Health, safety & environmental implemented properly.
    b. Build and maintain the good relationship with government both district and central government.
    c. Support material department in dealing with government related with permit of importation both capital goods and raw materials.

    6. Support “Dust Free Environment”
    a. Lead the cross functional team for 5S Culture development on “Dust Free Environment”

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    Must>
     Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
     Proven excellent experience Recruitment and Organization Development in Manufacturing Industry (min 10 years) with handling minimum 500 employees while at least 5 years as HR Manager.
     Experience in conducting salary grading and benefit system as well handling welfare administration.
     Well proven in handling Industrial Relations and employees relation that created the harmony-including with labor unions.
     English: Upper-Intermedidate level.
     High level of analytical ability where problems are complex
     Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
     Strong presentation and computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and job specific systems




    <Prefer>
    1. Having experience in setting up new manufacturing/ office.
    2. Having experience in electric/ eletronics manufacturing company.
