  You will be in charge of Production and Quality Management for partner company
  
  <Detail>
  ・ Understand quality standards and the quality requirements of customers
  ・ Share and instruct necessary actions with team and partners to satisfy quality requirements
  ・ Operate and improve quality inspection process
  ・ Set quality standard plan and execute necessary strategy to realize the exponential growth of Company platform
  ・ Establish team and organization to create reliable supply chain
  ・ Resolve issues that come up (defect, delay, accidents)
  ・ Collaborate with other department for continuous quality improvement
  ・ Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
  ・ Supervise inspectors and provide guidance and feedback
  ・ Lead small-mid organization and team
  ・ Train and guide employees to maximize the output of the organization
