  ★Responsibility
  - Responsible for supervision of occupational safety and health; control and make reports on occupational accidents at the construction site.
  ★Job detail
  1. Occupational safety and hygiene:
  - Supervising and assigning specific responsibilities and tasks to safety officers
  - Monitor the progress of procurement and issuance of labor protection at the construction site.
  - Training and guiding on occupational safety and regulations for new employees at the construction site.
  - Conduct regular training, training on occupational safety for construction teams and subcontractors.
  - Develop processes, regulations and regulations on labor protection, occupational safety and health.
  - Monitoring, performing periodic inspection, storing inspection records for equipment with strict requirements on safety as prescribed by law.
  - Conduct analysis of potential safety risks in activities to take preventive measures; draw lessons, warnings from incidents / from the outside to remind employees.
  - Manage employee records and workers at the construction site
  2. Fire prevention:
  - Manage equipment and fire prevention and fighting at the construction site according to the law.
  - Periodically organize training and coordinate rehearsals of fire prevention and fighting plans.
  3. Other jobs:
  - Develop annual HSE work plan and follow the approved plan.
  - Drafting documents, processes, rules and regulations related to occupational safety
  - Inspect and urge the implementation of work safety, fire prevention and cleaning of the factory.
  - Coordinate with the Contractor and authorities to find solutions in case of incidents of safety, health, fire prevention.
