  One of our clients, which products are General Insurance, is now looking for Sales cum Marketing Manager.
  
  【The Main Responsibilities】
  Manage the operation of MKT Department to achieve the premium targets in line with the company’s business goals/strategies, and ensure service quality/standards as per applicable guidelines, policies, procedures
  
  【What you will be working on】
  ■Business planning
  -Set up the department's long-term, short-term or annual budget plan.
  -Create a department work plan based on the company's business
  -Create individual staff targets, and set up individual business/operational KPIs and targets.
  -Ensure business data, reports, dashboard are correct
  
  ■New Business Development, Renewal Business, and Customer Services Management
  -Develop customer networks, channels, and relationships.
  -Approach potential clients for insurance products/services offers.
  -Enhance relationship with Brokers / Agents
  -Follow-up database of clients
  
  ■Human Resources Management
  -Assign tasks to staff and follow-up, supervise the progress
  -Provide OJT for staff to improve performance and productivity.
  -Manage staff annual performance evaluation
