    ★Responsibility
    - Responsible for Finding new Customer at Hanoi and keep contact with current Customer.
    - Responsible for customer take care, warranty, support service
    - Daily, weekly report to B.O.D
    ★Job detail
    - Meeting and getting request from customer, then make the quotation, sales contract and related
    document based on the drawing from design section.
    - Follow from Quotation, Contract to Hand over Project. Coordinating with other Dept. such as: Design,
    Construction and Inspection.
    - Deploy to related department (Design, Quantity Survey, Quality Control, Site Supervisor) to follow
    project from beginning to hand over Project as Customer’s request.
    - Work with supplier to make purchase order, delivery follow up the project until finished.
    - Make Hand-over, Inspection document after project finished.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    <MUST>
    - Japanese from N2 up (good communication) or English (Intermediate level)
    - Graduated from university with major in construction or interior design
    - At least 1 year experience in Sales (Construction/ Architecture/ Interior)
    - Candidate used to work in Japan
