    *On-site management (quality, process, safety) <- This is the main
    *Maintenance of factories and other buildings
    *Drawing with AUTO-CAD.
    *Obtain quotations from subcontractors and prepare quotations.
    *Communicate with Japanese manager and customer
    *Other task will be assigned by manager

  • Yêu cầu

    ＜Must＞
    - English intermediate or Japanese N2 level
    - More than 3 years of related experience (especially experience in constructing factory)
    - Able to go business trip
    - Bachelor degree in architect or relating.
    - Skill: AUTO-CAD、EXCEL、WORD、POWER POINT

    <Prefer>
    - Skill: REVIT
    - Worked at Japanese General Contractor
