    Training and development: to initiate, diversify and enhance training & development programs
    - Human resources policy: to develop, implement and maintain human resources policies in line with Regional, Branch strategies and relevant regulations.
    - Risk management: to support in identifying and managing risk profile for the department and other people risks if any, and to provide sound policy advice to support decision making in the business
    - Reporting: to produce reports on key human resources metrics, to review internal and external reports
    - Others: to support recruitment process, compensation and benefits related jobs

  • Yêu cầu

    MUST>
    - University degree
    - English: Upper -Intermedidate level.
    - At least 4 years experience full tasks HR in banking, finance company.
    - Good skills of communication, reporting & interpersonal
    - A good team player as well as an excellent individual performer
    - Detailed-oriented, careful, responsible, honest and hard-working
    - Strong knowledge of HR processes, practices and local employment laws
    - Ability to work under pressure
    - Good MS office application

    - Cdd have experience in global company.
    - cdd graduated from major Human Resources.
    - Having Japanese skill.
    - Having experience in FDI banking, finance company
