  - Understanding of plastic industry, priority is given to PVC, TPE, ..
  - Selling plastic products such as PVC, TPE, ....
  - Actively seek and approach customers within assigned regions and customer segments
  - Building relationships and taking care of customers: Research, exploit and analyze customer information, develop relationships and find new customers and markets.
  - Implement marketing and sales campaigns/activities of the Company.
  - Finding new customers through channels
  - Receive orders, quote, process order care.
  - Receive and handle complaints and suggestions from customers about product quality, delivery time.... from there to coordinate with related departments to have a plan to solve problems, consolidate product quality and take better care of customers.
  - Understanding of electric wire and cable market is an advantage.
  - General work of the Sales Department
  - Receive & manage customer orders.
  - Manage orders by internal software
  - Manage orders & related information through customer software.
  - Receive and collect information from customers: order plan, forecast, new model.. then make a sales plan
  - Assist other employees when required
  - Making quotation for customers
  - Other tasks as required by superiors
