    The Ocean freight manager is responsible for building, managing and developing the Ocean Freight Department to enhance growth, operating capabilities and value added service to ocean customers.

    • Monitor Ocean cargo performance following annual/monthly budget and target, and overtime management
    • Establish working procedure for department to archive work efficiency and productivity
    • Set up general SOP to handle daily job effectively
    • Review ocean carriers by having meeting with carriers monthly to cutting cost to ensure company ocean product remain highly competitive with reliable service, supporting sales team to obtain new business, taking record buying rate trend for RFQ
    • Provide internal training to team, upgrading of ocean personnel skill
    • Perform other duties assigned

  • Yêu cầu

    【MUST】
    - Bachelor degree on foreign trade, economic or related major
    - At least 5 years in sea freight of international forwarding company
    - Good knowledge of customer service in freight forwarding and logistics
    - Good capability of management, presentation and communication, Leadership,
    - English: At least Upper-Intermediate
