  1. Education level: Bachelor in IT fields
  
  2. Experience:
  - Experience in backend positions for medium and large web projects (from 10 man
  per month or more)
  - At least 3 year-experience in LAMP (Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PHP)
  - Knowledge and experience in HTML/CSS and frontend framework (VueJS, ReactJS,
  ...)
  - Experience in handling system performance and security issues
  - Skilled in documenting system architecture and design
  
  3. Language skills: English
  * CDD who can speak Japanese is a plus
  
  <Prefer>
  - Experience in system design and implementation on AWS (scalability, reliability, high
  availability, performance, security)
  - Have an AWS related degree/certificate (SAP, SAA, DevOps, ...)
  - Experience in DevOps
  - Ability to solve a variety of technical problems through different programming
  languages and frameworks
