    <Management>
    ­- Comprehend this project activities including related parties, the condition of contract, construction plan and progress etc. to prevent any risks to be elicit and to remove trouble/bottleneck for interrupting smooth execution of the project in advance.
    ­- Supervise/Instruct/Train other HR/GA staff
    ­- Cooperate with other departments in the project, i.e. Accounting and Tax Dept., Construction Dept., etc.
    <HR>
    ­- Comprehend latest labor laws/regulations and amendment/updating thereof and give effective advices to Administration Manager to comply with them.
    ­- Complete office regulations subject to Project Manager and Administration Manager’s approval and convince employees to follow/comply with them.
    ­- Assist Administration Manager to recruit the capable engineer and/or staff to execute our project smoothly including advertisement, interview, and negotiation of employment conditions.
    ­- Apply for the statutory welfare for each employee
    ­- Discipline violation processing for employee
    ­- Control/Manage probation contract, labor contract and renewal/termination of contract.
    ­- Manage employee profile and save profile logically
    ­- Conduct the efforts for quick settlements in case of any labor dispute(s) of any sort, including the court attendance or discussion with the relevant authorities.
    ­- Expedite/Negotiate with the authority and/or agency to obtain necessary VISA, work permit and/or temporary residence card.
    ­- Other tasks as required/assigned by Administration Manager
    <General Affairs / External Affairs>
    ­- Establish operation system/rules of the project site, including Company office, subcontractor’s office, their accommodation, canteen, usage rule and fee for internet, electricity, water consumption etc. and control them effectively
    ­- Work/Negotiate any kinds of issues with the client, the relevant authorities, subcontractors and/or neighborhood near the project site in order to execute this project smoothly
    ­- Purchase/conclude the contract, by the instruction of Administration Manager, the necessary equipment, tools, consumables, modification, and repair served for the company’s accommodation and/or office to execute this construction work
    ­- Hold/Support to hold various kinds of company events e.g. year-end party, safety award/competition, social gathering with client/subcontractors etc.

    <Must>
    1. Graduate from university with Trade, Business Management and Commercial, related field
    2. English: Intermediate ~Upper Intermediate
    3. ­Having at least ten (10) years of experience in the related areas
    4. ­Having the experience for working at least one (1) company which conduct business in similar field/domain construction. (Experience in Construction project is a plus)
    5. ­ Having the experience for working at 1 or 2 foreign companies, especially in Japanese Company (Accumulated working duration in foreign companies shall be more than 5 years)
    6. ­Good computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel)
