  1. Support R&D Leader to manage new products and CI Projects to meet target.
  2. Create the synergy effect cooperating with global member
  3. Create and find innovation technology with global members.
  4. Develop R&D Strategy mid and long term strategy for Danang
  5. Develop end consumer centric innovation pipeline, utilize agile prozesses
  6. Increase Utilization of CAE capabilities
  7. Support R&D Leader to build up team.
  8. Set up state of the art function testing and prototype facilities
  9. Develop local R&D suppliers and build up strong relationship.
  10. Support the plant in R&D topics
  11. Support R&D leader to perform some administration tasks for R&D department.
  - To manage, evaluate and feedback R&D
  - Apply best practices for strengthening the effects
  - To assist in all R&D training.
  - To train personnel in the R&D team in every aspect
  - To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
