  - Responsible for coordinating projects between Japanese and Vietnamese
  - Analysis requirement & create/review design documents (Basic Design, Detail Design)
  - Transfer the application requirements from Japanese to Vietnamese
  - Coordinate, discuss within Project Team between Development Team and Japan side
  - Review source code, test case, test script
  - Deploy & manage server configuration
  - Lead small team of about 3-4 members (estimate, assign task, progress tracking, review output to assure quality, report)
  - Report to Japanese Director and Vietnamese Manager
