*Responsible for developing HR and Admin operation in existing HR department
*Install evaluation system in company
*Consider and make strategy to improve company operation with cooperate together with Japanese director
*Install company engineer's training system
*Conduct action relate to employee relation such as make survey and MTG with Japanese
*Build company culture

*Have to improve company internal issue such as
- No training for new staff / Technical skill , Moral , compliance
- Internal staff satisfaction such as team development
- Normal admin task you can assign to staff level under you

*Actual experience that improve company operation
*English or Japanese ; Intermediate level to communicate with Japanese director
