  • Mô tả công việc

    * Support technical consulting activities, business support (Pre-sales).
    - Understanding business processes, operating models and identifying customer's needs;
    - Consulting: on solutions, products, technology, IT services for customers;
    - Building and packaging solutions (documents presenting solutions, proposals, demos, documents on business functions by industry);
    - Check, monitor and evaluate the results of the technical consultancy implementation process of the project;
    * Handling problems arising when providing technical advice related to the assigned field;
    * Coordinate with Maker/ Manufacture and distributors to train, update, build and improve technology and solution capabilities;

    (* Hỗ trợ các hoạt động tư vấn kỹ thuật, hỗ trợ kinh doanh (Pre-sales).
    - Tìm hiểu quy trình nghiệp vụ, mô hình hoạt động và xác định nhu cầu của khách hàng;
    - Tư vấn: về giải pháp, sản phẩm (cisco device), công nghệ, dịch vụ CNTT cho khách hàng;
    - Xây dựng và đóng gói giải pháp (các tài liệu trình bày giải pháp, proposal, demo, các tài liệu về chức năng nghiệp vụ theo ngành);
    - Kiểm tra, giám sát, đánh giá kết quả các tiến trình thực hiện tư vấn kỹ thuật của dự án;
    * Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh khi tư vấn kỹ thuật liên quan đến lĩnh vực được giao;
    * Phối hợp với các hãng, nhà phân phối đào tạo, cập nhật, xây dựng và nâng cao năng lực giải pháp, công nghệ;)

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    {MUST}
    - University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunication or related fields.
    - 03 years of experience in similar position or more.
    - Understanding and having in-depth knowledge about: Overall enterprise IT system architecture, system architecture and design (conceptual model, logical model); Network, server, storage, virtualization and cloud computing….;
    - Skills in surveying, analyzing and designing systems;
    - Presentation, negotiation and negotiation skills.
    - English: Reading comprehension, Good communication


    {PREFER}
    - Having experience working with FDI or Korean enterprises is an advantage.
    - Experience working at SI company such as FPT Information System, CMC, HPT, Fujitsu, Viettel, VNPT, etc.

    {BẮT BUỘC}
    - Tốt nghiệp ĐH ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học máy tính, Toán Tin, Điện Tử Viễn Thông các ngành tương đương;
    - 03 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương trở lên về tư vấn sản phẩm và giải pháp IT.
    - Am hiểu, có kiến thức chuyên sâu về: Tổng thể kiến trúc hệ thống IT của doanh nghiệp, kiến trúc và thiết kế hệ thống (conceptual model, logical model); Mạng, máy chủ, lưu trữ, ảo hóa và cloud….;
    - Kỹ năng khảo sát, phân tích và thiết kế hệ thống;
    - Kỹ năng thuyết trình, đàm phán và thương lượng.
    - Tiếng anh: Intermediate level trở lên.

    - Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các doanh nghiệp FDI hoặc Hàn Quốc là một lợi thế.
    - Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các công ty như FPT, CMC, HPT, Viettel, VNPT, vv là lợi thế.
