    - Optimize human resources, production processes
    - Analyzing and proposing solutions to production and market issues
    - Training / coaching production line leaders and staff on production line management.
    - Proposing and improving Kaizen in the factory
    - Detailed job will be exchanged at the interview

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    - At lease 02 years experience as Assistant Manager /Manager in production or production engineering side
    - Experience in Japanese or International Company
    (Especially experience with automobile or motorcycle parts)
    - Have knowledge of production process design, line balancing, QA/QC, 5S, Kaizen, ..
    - Must be fluent in Japanese (at least from N3) and English (writing, reading)
    - Honest, enthusiasm and high responsibility.
