  - Asist Expats Work Permit, VISA, apartment, removal, insurance registry
  - Company car arrangement for employee business trip.
  - Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, cleaning and housekeeping services.
  - Assist HR Department for hiring activities as needed such as hiring event. Schedule and support new hire onboarding activities, including new hire orientations.
  - Organisations of meetings, convention.
  - Compare prices and manage contract, actual cost of hotel rooms, flights, and rental cars to prevent price abuse.
  - Arrangement of special events and occasions, team building.
  - Work collaboratively with global members.
  - Provide excellent customer service to all internal customers (team members, executive team, visitors).
  - Be available to travel as needed.
