    One of our clients, which is trading electronic components, is now looking for the HR manager for the factory.

    【What you will be working on】
    -Manage the implementation of the company's rules and regulations.
    -Interview and select suitable staff according to department requirements
    -Planning and implementing training.
    -Manage regimes and policies based on labor law.
    -Manage salary calculation and benefits, reward, discipline, and HR evaluation system.
    -Perform other duties as requested by the Head of the Division and the Board of Directors
    -Job details will be discussed during the interview.

    【What they are looking for】
    - Speaking English Intermediate level or Japanese business level (Above JLPT N2 level) is crutial.
    - 5 years experience as HR Manager in a Japanese Manufacturing company (with over 100 employees)
    - Have skills to organize, arrange work and manage personnel mobilization in the department
