    Overview
    ●To provide technical and engineering support with customer on site and/or remotely (via e-mail, phone, or web-meeting, etc.) in the form of technical assistance, presentation, product demonstration and training, etc.
    ●To provide the pre-sales and post-sales support with customer in collaboration with the related parties, e.g. ACVN Sales Engineers, technical and service engineers, and the Distributor/Agent/Dealer.
    ●To be effective communication channel and interface between customer and related parties to fulfill technical/engineering requirements from customer.
    ●Report the status, progress and issues on the projects/tasks to ACVN GD and the ACVN management periodically (weekly at minimum), in timely manner and proper way.

    Pre-Sales Support
    ●To receive and respond technical inquiries and requirements from customer as the first line of technical support in Vietnam.
    ●To provide solutions based on customer requirements to encourage and promote customer to use our products
    ●To make introduction, presentation and demonstration of our products and solutions to customer.
    ●To work on technical specifications and application for preparing the engineering proposals to customer projects.

    Post-Sales Support
    ●To closely support customer ensure 'on -time' completion of project e.g. on-site and remote support for product setup and installation, product training to customer at delivery, etc.
    ●To respond to customer’s technical inquiries and troubleshoot, solve technical issues of customers by on-site visit and remote support.
    ●To support customer for products update and upgrade (e.g. firmware update, software license upgrade).

    General / Other Support
    ●To create and maintain the records of technical engineering support activities (e.g. working log, customer visit reports, etc.) for our Group’s internal reference and analysis.
    ●To properly manage the equipment and accessories for demonstration and technical support in collaboration with ACVN Administration team (e.g. Physical item checking (quantity, condition, etc.) before/after loan to the customer),
    ●To assist ACVN related parties (e.g. Administration team) about technical issues.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    ★Must
    -College/University graduate with Bachelor or Master of Engineering (BE/ME) in Telecommunication, Electronics, or related technology field
    -English Intermediate up
    -Experience in RF, Wireless (e.g. 3G/4G, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc.), transmission equipment and system. Especially, experience of dealing with Wireless Test & Measurement instruments (e.g. Anritsu, Keysight, R&S) are strongly preferred.
    -At least 3 years of experience in Telecom/Electronics Industries (*) as field applications and technical customer support work.
    -Must have 2 years of experience in Pre -sales activities.

    ★ Advantage
    -Work Experience in MNC (Multi-National Company) in Vietnam (e.g. Korean, Taiwanese, US...) is also preferable.
    -Capable to go on business trips nationwide and abroad
