    1. Manage Sales Team to hit Team Target
    - Make target and budget
    - Make sales plan and obtain new business/customers
    - Instruct the sales staff on the sales activity and monitor the progress of sales activities
    - Support the staff to achieve the target
    2. Hit Personal Target
    3. Sales Cost Control
    4. Collect sales credit from customers
    - With the support by Account Department, collect overdue receivables from customers
    5. Customer Satisfaction
    - Ensure to have a good team to support each other without claims by customers
    - Create customer oriented mind in Sales Team.
    - Support CS to handle a shipment smoothly and without any claims by customers
    - Ensure to solve problems from customers
    6. Compliance Assurance
    - Follow up the company's policy by yourself & instruct the staff to comply with it
    - Ensure to make proper SOP & instruct the staff to follow it
    - Ensure accuracy in pricing (Approve pricing before start business)
    7. Operational Efficiency
    - Improve the efficiency of work in Sales Team
    - Raise/improve the organizational ability of Sales Team
    - Create goods cooperation with CS, OPS, WH, HPH office and branch for sales activities
    - Make support/backup system in Sales Team
    - Timeliness and accuracy on report
    - On-time reporting
    8. Development of staff
    - Make plan of training and educating the sales staff to develop the skills & the knowledge required for the sales activities and carry out.
    - Maximize the staff skills and potential through encouragement, empowerment and a motivating environment.
    9. Control working hours and workload of the staff

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Gradudated from University
    - Good communication in English: Intermediate level or above.
    - 8- 10 years experience for sales in Freight Forwarding and Logistics field
    - 4-5 years experience of Assistant Manager in Freight Forwarding and Logistics field
    - Have experience to manage at least 5 members.


    <PREFER>
    - Have Japanese skill also.
