  Responsible for developpe new costumers and sales of green space and mats to local companies
  
  - Cold call to get appointment
  - Developpe new client
  - Visit costumers with the Japanese Manager
  - Practice how to have a meeting with the Japanese manager before visit and to make a proposal.
  - They don't have KPIs, but they might set some targets in the future.
  - Commissions will be reflected in bonuses and appraisals. It depends on individual performance.
  - Other tasks if needed
