    • Drive team to achieve business goals.
    • Setting targets, creating performance plans and maintaining standards for sale representatives
    • Tracking sales team metrics and sharing them with company leadership
    • Planning the sales strategy and Optimization of sales
    • Develop, expand and maintain close relationship with customers/ partners and develop market segments to promote companu business.
    • Develop and implement account plan for strategic customers and partners
    • Build up and effectively manage continuous opportunity pipeline to ensure stable business situation, report pipeline situation on weekly basis. Report sales activities timely make necessary escalation when necessary
    • Corporate with marketing to gather market information when required
    • Cooperate with presales team, partners and related department to make proposal to customers. Follow up to ensure the deals are properly closed, contracts/POs are properly signed off to avoid unnecessary risk.
    • Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure projects are run smoothly. Follow up with customer until final collection. Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service. Act as main contract point for problem solving with customers/partners if any.
    • Ensure all transactions strictly complied with group/company policies & procedures and local legislation.
    • Achieve yearly target as agreed with direct manager

    • From 5+ year experience in IT products sales manager/ Sales Leader position.
    • Good command of English.
    • Proactive and aggressive to archive sales target
    • Having knowledge in company products & services or other similar IT products and IT Market
    • In depth knowledge of a technology/service or technology/service of a sector
    • A strong network, and networking skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence
    • Strong, Strategic and Conceptual ability
    • Moderate ability to manage others
    • Good negotiation skill, Presentation skill, communication skill, Effective problem-solving skill
    • Team player, flexible attitude, reliable
    • Advanced Sales Programs completed – either by vendor or unique sales providers
