    - Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture
    - English TOEIC Score: intermediate level
    - 3-4 years experienced in land development field, project management related to real estate investment
    - Making, editing texts/documents to officials
    - Communication and presentation skill
    - Teamwork skill
    - Analytical thinking skill
    - Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
    {PREFER}
    - AutoCAD (prefer)
    - Living near company.
    - Can speak one more language as Chinese, Japanese, Korean.
