    - Main target: in Vietnam (Japanese, Local, and other overseas company)
    - Visit client anywhere company got an appointment and suggest the products/service
    - Lead the Sales implementing new processes and procedures for effective and efficient sales of software products and services
    - Develop the sales plan and be responsible for revenue and gross profit of each deal and overall sales plan
    - Develop marketing plan and strategy, coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
    - Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
    - Responsible for contract management and effective deal closing
    - Develop account plan and be presentable for customer and prospect with customer satisfaction management
    - Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends on the software industry, identifying prospects and preparing quotes and proposals for potential new customers
    - Other tasks as assigned by Japanese Director

    - Japanese : N3 above (Have to report to Japanese Director directly)
    - Over 3 years experience as Sales in Japanese company
