  - Responsible for quality control in OEM company such as lighting factory which is in Vietnam. also negotiating with this company.
  
  ■QC for OEM company:80%
  - Visit OEM company 1or2 times a week.
  - Business trip to OEM company if the company is in far from HCMC
  *The OEM company is in Vietnam.
  - Check production quality and delivery.
  - If problems happen after selling, you need to go to the factory and solve the problems
  - Report to Local manager.
  - Report to Japanese employee who is from HQ
  
  ■Negotiate about Contract: 20%
  - Have to negotiate the quality and cost when you create a contract with a new OEM company
  *Develop New OEM company 1 or 2 times a half-year.
  *The local manager will train to you about how to negotiate with OEM company.
  *Currently, They do not have an OEM company. This position will develop new OEM. and They not sure the location of the new OEM.
