  - Responsible to Establish QA procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability
  - Determine and enforce the quality requirements in accordance with real company needs, based on current system requirements and product development (To be based on ISO 9001/ ISO 14001)
  - Organize and promote company-wide quality improvement efforts
  - Evaluate and develop improved techniques for the control of quality
  - Directly responsible for implementation and maintenance of the company quality system, reporting on the performance of the quality system for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system
  - Creation of an atmosphere of continuous process improvement and production defect prevention (Implementing ISO 9001:2008)
  - Implementation on process line for procedure, handling manuals & Inspection standard
  - Supervises and speeds up subordinates’ performance
  - Recommends rewarding and/or disciplinary measures for subordinates’ performance
  - Recommends new method or for improving product quality management
  - Recommend appointment or dismissal Leaders, Sub-leaders
  - Request workers to work overtime to meet the needs of production
  - Calculate and request for additional machinery, equipment and personnel to meet production situations
  - Approve requests for purchase of materials, tools of production based on company rule
