  - Support Japanese manager
  - Interpret Vietnamese - Japanese
  - Translate document between Vietnamese - Japanese - English
  *especially contract. all contracts related to this company.
  - Report to HQ about the contract.
  - Client visit with Japanese manager
  - Assistant other tasks to set up a new company
  - Will develop a company together with the Japanese manager.
  
  【HR】
  - Hiring and leaving procedures, as well as insurance enrollment and cancellation procedures
  - Recruitment of around 30 workers for new residences.
  +Worker means receptionist, residence maintenance engineer on-site, management outsource workers staff etc..
  - Screening resume, Interview candidates.
  - Prepare for document-related recruitment who joins new employees.
  - Personal management and labor relation
  -Control expenses and do timely payment for items assigned;
  -Insurance procedure for employee
  -Calculate employee salary
