  - Develop and execute the knowledge and skill about system operation for driving its business
  - Response to implement new rule, system, products, services and operation to new partners and players in the payment industry
  - Work with Tokyo not only for existing and new partners, but also for payment industries to maximize effectiviness of the assigned business
  - Collect and anylyze the situation in the card payment industry and partner's needs and report to senior officers
  - Execute the plan and support partners to make the implementation of each new item and ensure that functions effectively
  - Report to Vietnamese deputy manager or Japanese deputy chief Rep
  - Go on a business trip to HCM
