  {Purpose}:
  Responsible for overall in sales activities (Industrial Land Lease, RBF, Commercial Land Lease,Office Space in Quang Ninh projects)
  
  {Job Summary}
  1. Achieve sales target by successfully managing the sales team (15%)
  2. Independent sales activities (30 %)
  - Present, promote and sell the products
  - Follow up potential customers
  3. Government affairs in terms of after sales activities (10%)
  - Conduct legal procedures for customer’s investment license
  - Build and maintain relationship with the related government officers
  4. Coaching and monitoring performance of staffs in the section (5%)
  5. Prepare and update sales reports of the projects and submit to head of division quarterly (5%)
  6. Develop and maintain sales tools (presentation file, brochure etc.) ( 5%)
  7. Working with legal department to update and revise standard form of agreements (5%)
  8. Develop sales plan including budget in the section (5%)
  9. Set up KPI and evaluate performance of staffs in the section (5%)
  10. Support PR and CSR activities to Marketing and RM section teams (5%)
  11. Submit quarter report to head of department (5%)
  12. Other tasks assigned by head of department (5%)
