    - Responsible for interpreter between Japanese and Vietnamese in new set up manufacturing

    Details
    - Communication with the head office in Japan via Video call.
    - E-mail correspondence
    - Interpret on-site to control operating
    - Supporting necessary document
    - Other tasks as needed

    The company situation in Vietnam
    - Establish manufacturing at around March, 2021
    - The products are Safty shoes.
    - only 1 Japanese manager now, but will be 100 employees ASAP.
    - Production target:
    At first 5.000 shoes/month
    This year 2020 10.000 shoes/month

    - Japanese: At least N2 Advanced
    - Willing to work for a new set up company
    ‐ Be able to work immediately.

    <WANT>
    - Having 3years training in Japan experience
    - Having experience of setting up manufacturing before
    - Having experience in Japan before
