  -Sales at an agency started six years ago in Vietnam(Now they are Rep office), but business in Vietnam is increasing more and more. So they decided to established Sales company in Vietnam.
  -Now they need 1 accounting cum import staff.

  ●Accounting Tasks
  - Contact with accounting agency.
  - Issuing invoices and Management documents
  - Input Exchange rate, Cash advice;
  - Collect original Bank statements;
  - Support to make Tax reports;
  - Prepare materials for Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annually Reports
  - Near future, they want you to get Chief Accounting certificate, and want you be a leader in Admin team.
  
  ●Import tasks
  - They will just start to sale, so the task of Issuing invoice is not so mish. So they want this osition to handle Import task as well.
  - Contact with Japanese head office to import products from their factory in China.
  - Contact with factory in China as well by email in English.
