    ★Responsibility
    - Improving internal compliance and operating the new ERP system
    - Supporting Japanese Director

    ★Details
    - Supporting for introducing the new ERP system by contacting with the company of ERP system
    - Kaizen current compliance standards and rules, and defining new standards of compliance
    - Introducing and spreading the new ERP system and compliance with each department
    - Improving productivity by operating new ERP and other systems
    - Contacting with JP HQ and share How-to to other branches, if needed
    - Interpreting for Japanese director, if needed
    - Other tasks

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    ★Must
    - Male or Female, age 25-30 years old
    - Japanese N2 with certification
    - At least 2 years of working experience
    - Interested in resolving the organizational issue and Corporate governance
    - Being able to think logically and executing quickly
    - Being able to work independently

    ★Advantage
    - Have knowledge about Internal control, Risk management, Legal affairs, Budget control, Business planning
    - Graduation from faculty of Japanese Language/Culture, Department of Law or Business
    - Working experience in a foreign company (Japanese or Western)
