  【Job Description】
  - Train for 1 staff who doesn't have experience of Business Corporate Planning.
  - Lead this company by planning and make strategy
  - Report to Japanese General Manager(34 year-old Male)
  - Collect Data
  - Make KPI
  - Manage for Sales amount
  - For the pursuit of profit
  
  - Planning and implementation of management strategy: We will set management targets according to the direction determined by the management meeting. We may also reduce costs, restructure our business model.
  - Various surveys and data analysis: Create various data such as sales data, current status of human resources, competition situation (sometimes asking the outside search agencies). We will analyze the data that we have and develop a management strategy.
  - Management of the Management Council: Based on the data analysis, prepare materials necessary for the Management Council. At the meeting, we also make presentations to the management team.
