• Mô tả công việc

  • Perform Installation/Commissioning, of machine tools and ensure they are in good working conditions.
  • To provide field service support to the machines for local & overseas customers
  • Responds to customer complaints; evaluates and resolves problems of the customer on the machines.
  • To work closely with customers pertaining to service provided and feedback on improvement.
  • Educate customers on basic maintenance & technical issues of machine tool for customer's benefits.
  • Perform Corrective/Scheduled Preventive maintenance of the machines & other duties as assigned.
  • Inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands
  • Develop and maintain relationship with customers
  • To interact with company office and agency on service matter
  • Document all required information to comply with Company's Policy, Procedures and Practices.
  • Focus on below service activities: new MT machine installation, AMC, etc.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned
