    ★Those who can do PM and making a strategic plan for the company (Plan : Minimum half a year ~1-year plan)

    - Male or Female, age 30-40 years old
    - Japanese skill : speaking N2 up
    - English skill : Conversation level
    - At least 3 years experience as Leader with more than 4 members
    - More than 4 years experience in development with Java or PHP

    - Have experience of Make&Implement plan for the whole copany
    - More than 2 years experience as System Analyst / Basic design / Detailed design creation
    - Have Administrative thinking (create strategy, create long-term plan and participate)
    - Deep understanding of SQL, Server , Linux

    - PJ / BA design~construction 2+
    - OpenCart, ECCube
    - Html / HTML5, CSS / CSS 3, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax Experience
    - MySQL and Linux server experience
    - Apache server, Database MySQL, Linux server, Network and Security Knowledgeable
