  <Job summary>
  1) Lead a project team of interior design projects that include programming client
  needs throughout conceptual design, schematic design, design development,
  space planning and construction documentation phase
  2) Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems,
  fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting
  3) Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for
  construction
  4) Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of
  design concepts
  (e.g., assist Interior / Fit-out / Furniture procurement and/or
  Tender process for client)
  5) Work with architects, engineers, external consultants, product representatives,
  furniture dealers, and fabricators
