  4. You don't need to design much, your mission is managing projects as a bridge between clients and internal employees
  5. Clients are almost Japanese and have to talk with them in English
  6. You will be top position among Vietnamese architect(Report to Japanese manager)

  1. Managing 1-2 construction project as manager(such as office building, school, shopping mall, factory, hotel, apartment,department store, hair salon)
  2. Checking if the projects follow the law and regulations in construction
  
  <Job detail>
  1) Function as a primary contact for all communication between the client and
  Plantec, ensuring timely resolution of client concerns and management of
  business issues including contracts and additional services.
  2) Assist with or have direct responsibility for design, translating client requirements
  to design criteria from conceptual design through contract administration.
  3) Implement one or more client projects through the leadership of project teams;
  Provide leadership to client and team by communicating project objectives,
  contract scope, terms, fees and schedule
  4) Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing and project set-up with clients,
  subcontractors, vendors and contractors
  5) Prepare project proposals and negotiate contracts and fees; bid projects to
  multiple general contractors
  6) Be responsible for the complete integration of design and technical aspects of the
  project and for the clear and timely communication of information to the project
  team and compliance with the project team’s goals
  7) Direct, organize and mentor junior staff with responsibility for oversight
  8) Build collaborative relationships across overseas offices (Tokyo, Thailand)
  9) Work hard, play hard, and learn a lot along the way
