• Job Description

  1. Ledger management
  - Fill in and manage product ledger and material ledger
  
  2. Material entry / exit management
  - Acceptance judgment at the time of material delivery
  - Instruction and management to the factory at material delivery
  
  3. Supplier management
  - Supplier (subcontractor) management
  - Inbound / outbound management
  - Office work accompanying entrance
  - Adjustment of delivery date and troubleshooting for suppliers
  
  4. Shipment compliance
  - Packing and Transportation at the time of shipment of products to customers
  - Quantity control at shipment
  
  5. Product inventory management
  - Management of inventory quantity of each process
  (site processing → secondary processing 【supplier】 → inspection process → shipping process)
  - Inventory operation
  (inventory practice, instruction to other workers, creation of inventory report)
  
  6. Product washing and box management
  - Cleaning of cut products (brass, stainless steel)
  - Quantity and Sorting management for returnable containers
  
  7. Other operations required by the company for business execution
