  • Job Description

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
    1. 2nd level customer support
    - Take care of the troubles that first level support members couldn't solve.
    - Contact to vendor (Maker) support, and get the instruction from vendor, then conduct the instruction.
    - Contact to 3rd level support, sometimes directly contact to customers.
    - Analyze the data and making documentations.
    - Train the 1st level support about new procedures or the solution of unknown problems.

    2. Technical support as IT help desk for local customers.
    - Support customers and internal staffs for PC, server and network problems (remote only for customers)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female or Men (from 20 - 28 years old).
    - Be good at English communication (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing).
    - Be diligent, meticulous, genuine.
    - It's good to have
    -> knowledge or be experienced in working with Server, PC, Firewall,VPN...(Configuration, Operation or Maintenance, Remote Desktop).
    -> knowledge or be experienced in troubleshooting for Thin Client (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure).
    -> knowledge or be experienced in VMware (VSphere) and Citrix (XenDesktop).
    -> ability or be experienced in make presentation/training
    - Be good at analyzing data and making documentation (with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
    - Taking part in social activities is a plus.
