  ●• Provide both operational and business advisory support
  • Work in close partnership with internal stakeholders and external service providers to develop, launch and administer programs to meet the complexities of a changing environment, and to meet the dynamic needs of a rapidly growing company
  • Develop and plan manpower resources to meet the operational and succession needs of the company
  • Handle compensation and benefits, talent management, training and development etc by working closely with key stakeholders
  • Involved in manpower forecasting and budgeting exercise, and conduct appropriate reviews to streamline manpower cost
  • Work closely with line managers on the recruitment and selection of staff, with the mindset to meet operational and succession needs of the company. Make sound recruitment decisions against business objectives
  • Implement HR processes with regards to daily administration procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Review and evaluate recommendations for staff movement by assessing team dynamic and staff potential
  • Roll out HR initiatives and solutions in alignment with regional HR team and business objectives
