  • Job Description

    - To create and execute the marketing activation campaign as role of consultant and leader
    - To manage the team budget and hit or exceed monthly target and provide solution to recover if month target is not achieved.
    - To learn and recognize triggers based on client behavior and engage with client who request to terminate or downgrade service.
    - To participate in and improve the in-house brand promotions.
    - To lead the internal team for developing and operating the client’s campaigns.
    - To engage with minimum 5 projects per day via live contact and follow up with all prospects
    - To give enough coaching to develop working skills/ attitude for team members

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    < MUST HAVE >
    - Bachelor Degree
    - 3-5 year experience in account management
    - Understanding of both ATL and BTL industry
    - Digital knowledge
    - Good English communication (to communicate with clients and report to BOD)

    < SKILLS >
    - Ability to anticipate clients’ need and match them with appropriate services and products
    - Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
    - Planning skills
    - Project management skills
    - Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    - Teamwork spirit with understanding of the internal and external issues
